Cancellation Policy !!

Cancellation Policy for Coach :

* There will be no refund if cancelled on the same day of the departure.

* 50% refund if cancelled one working day before the day of departure.

* 70% refund if cancelled two working day before the days of departure

* Preponement / Postponement of any booking will be treated as Cancellation and is liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above


Cancellation Policy for Hotel Packages :

* 25% of the tour cost /package would be forfeited for cancellation made before 10 days of arrival date at hotel

* 50% tour cost / package will be forfeited for cancellation made before 10 days to 96 hrs of arrival date at hotel

* Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangements due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above

* Preponement / Postponement of any booking will be treated as Cancellation and is liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above


Please Note :

* No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle on route or landslides or any other reason beyond the control of General Hotels & Holidays.

* General Hotels & Holidays shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/ unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of General Hotels & Holidays.
