General Hotels & Holidays responsibilities only start as of the moment that both parties, General Hotels & Holidays and the customer, have agreed upon the proposed services and prices.

Travel - General Hotels & Holidays shall not in any way be responsible for any loss or theft of goods or any property of the tourist in the coach or in the booking office. Luggage is carried at owners risk.

Hotel - It is the duty of General Hotels & Holidays to arrange for hotel rooms as per customers request (room type, check-in and check-out dates, accommodation, number of persons staying in the room, facilities requested when available) and to confirm - in as long as the requested hotel is available for the requested period - this reservation as such to the customer and to inform the customer when the chosen hotel is not available or does not dispose of the requested services/facilities.

Hotel - In case of non-availability of hotel rooms because of unavoidable reasons, it is the duty of General Hotels & Holidays to arrange for another hotel having the same rooms as per customers request

Voucher terms and conditions

This Voucher has been supplied as part of the Price Beat Guarantee and has been issued upon the confirmation of the travel and the payment of a deposit the subject of the Price Beat Guarantee. The Price Beat Guarantee and Voucher are only available prior to purchasing an Hotel packages from General Hotels & Holidays.

There is a limit of one Voucher per entire booking to cover all ticketed travelers and three Vouchers per customer per calendar month. Each Voucher is valid for one year from date of issuance on future purchases of Hotel packages contracted to General Hotels & Holidays only.

The Voucher does not apply to the current price beat booking and can only be redeemed on future travel once the current Price Beat Guarantee booking is paid in full and travel competed.

To redeem the Voucher on a new purchase, the new purchase must equal or exceed the total amount of the Voucher. A maximum of one Voucher per new purchase.

Extensions to the validity date will not be permitted and the Voucher will not be replaced or reissued for any reason.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable or assignable and may not be purchased or auctioned and any attempt to do so will result in voiding of the Voucher. The Voucher has no cash value.

If you use the Voucher to purchase a refundable ticket and you later refund the ticket, the Voucher issued and redeemed will become void and invalid. You will not receive the dollar amount upon refunding the ticket.

To redeem the Voucher you will need to complete a new reservation and pay the required deposit through a Liberty Travel consultant. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and all applicable terms and conditions.

General Hotels & Holidays - Price Beat Guarantee Policy - Rs.500/- Voucher.

If you have presented a quote that is less than the quote General Hotels & Holidays has provided to you and General Hotels & Holidays has verified the quote, we will beat the price by Rs.400/- for an adult or Rs.200 for a child (the Price Beat Guarantee), then in addition General Hotels & Holidays will offer a Rs.500/- Voucher to be used within 12 months of issue for future travel on packages contracted to General Hotels & Holidays only (the Voucher).

General Hotels & Holidays will beat any any genuine accommodation, package, tour quote genuine written quote that can be booked from any IATA/IAAI/ASTA registered businesses such as :
* Other travel agents
* Airlines
* Internet (India registered websites only)
* Tour operators
* And is valid for travel departing from Delhi.

The Price Beat Guarantee does not include rates offered on membership programs, corporate discounts or rates, group charter or rewards programs. Promotional packages, deals or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals or entertainment are not eligible.

The Price Beat Guarantee and Voucher are only available prior to purchasing an accommodation, package, tour quote. General Hotels & Holidays. Following the purchase (making a booking and/or payment of a deposit) you are not entitled to the Price Beat Guarantee and Voucher if a cheaper quote is presented following the booking or travel departure.

The Price Beat Guarantee applies to car rentals only purchased through packages.

The Price Beat Guarantee only applies to base cost and not taxes and fees for tour operators. In addition the lower quoted airfare may not include web site service, booking, processing, shipping, paper-ticket or other fees not collected on the airline ticket.

Will General Hotels & Holidays accept a verbal quote?
Yes. Your General Hotels & Holidays specialist may request that you bring the quote in writing; however if your specialist is able to verify the verbal quote, he or she will try to beat it at minimum inconvenience to you. The quote is subject to verification by General Hotels & Holidays.

How much will General Hotels & Holidays beat other quotes by?
We will beat our competitors' quotes by Rs.400/- per adult and Rs.200/- per child. Savings like that can really add up. That means a family of four can save 1200!

What does "available" mean?
Available means that the other agent's or operator's quote is current, genuine and available to be booked at the time you present it to us. The Price Beat Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example specific carrier or provider, ship and cabin category and the exact same dates and times of travel or service and must be available to the general public in India. Fares must be compared with like fare restrictions. The Price Beat Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the carrier, property or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.

Will General Hotels & Holidays beat quotes from foreign websites or quotes for travel that originates outside India?
No, our Price Beat Guarantee applies to India registered businesses and websites only. It also applies only to travel that originates in India. The rate must be quoted in INR.

Changes to the Price Beat Guarantee?
General Hotels & Holidays reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Beat Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be advertised on the General Hotels & Holidays web page. No change will affect any Voucher that has already been issued to you.

General Hotels & Holidays will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Price Beat Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by General Hotels & Holidays or the hotel, airline or cruise company or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to in any rates backed by the Price Beat Guarantee.
